My HIITFit group training sessions are held in Plymouth Central Park, next to Plymouth Argyle, with plenty of free parking in the lower Park & Ride car park. Each session is 1 hour including warm-up and cool-down, and a qualified instructor is always on hand to offer additional help, advice and encouragement.
